This is what your light creates
When it tremble with vapors
That evade completion
(when you cannot see a mountain
sometimes for days on end
and know that it is there
that is not completion)
it is for walking on the beach
when the sea is shrunken
taking for comfort
these multitudes, settled
or about to flee
and feathers the size
of small islands fall
in banks of downpour
and I am restless
for the world inside
yet would keep you there
all of you, up there
even if you are transit
of nothing more
than the passing of wings.
